Larry DiPietro

BS, MS, MBA

Larry received Bachelor of Science and Master Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Business Administration degree and Certificate in Information Technology from the University of Massachusetts. He also attended the New England School of Law.

During his 40-year professional career, he held titles such as contractor, inspector, senior engineer, consulting engineer, senior project manager and director of engineering. He has worked in the mechanical, civil, environmental and facilities engineering fields as well as the commercial and residential construction and building inspection industries. He has worked for various companies including a Fortune 25 corporation.

He is also licensed as a general contractor (construction supervisor), master electrician, master plumber, gas fitter, HVAC technician, oil burner technician, pipe fitter and home inspector.
His vast knowledge enables him to understand how the various complex systems in buildings and facilities function, interact and contribute to indoor air quality and environmental issues. His building inspection background includes radon, mold, VOC and water testing. He has worked for various companies including a Fortune 25 corporation. His professional memberships have included the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society, Pi Tau Sigma National Mechanical Engineering Honor Society, the American Society of Home Inspectors and the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
